Three lists, no marketing
Safety pages usually promise everything and specify nothing. This one is split into three parts on purpose — including the part where we tell you what is not possible.
Part one
Not only automated filtering — there are people reviewing reports, and they work through the night as well as the day.
We do not record video or voice calls. To be precise rather than reassuring: chat messages do have a history, the way messages do in any messaging app. "Calls are not recorded" is a narrower claim than "nothing is stored", and we would rather you know which one we are making.
Block someone and they will not be matched to you again. It is not a mute and it is not a timeout.
Part two
You never have to stay in a conversation to deal with it properly. Skip, and then handle the rest.
This is where both controls live. There is no report button on the call screen itself — if you have been looking for one there, that is why you could not find it.
Report opens a separate page where you describe what happened and can attach evidence. Block is a direct action on the profile page and takes effect immediately.
You do not need to explain yourself to the other person, and you do not need to stay to see what happens next.
Worth repeating because it is the thing people get stuck on: both controls are on the other person's profile page, not on the call screen.
Part three
Pick a mode, get matched, and skip anyone you do not want to talk to.
